Everything you need to know to prepare for the most anticipated occasionwear event of the year.
Rome Fashion Week 2026 is just around the corner – and, as always, the right time to act is now. Registrations are officially open, and early sign-up is strongly recommended. Pre-registering online allows you to arrive at the venue with your badge ready, avoiding queues and unnecessary delays at the entrance. On-site registration will remain available, though waiting times – particularly during peak hours – may be longer.
From 7 to 9 June 2026, Fiera di Roma (Pavilion 1 – East Entrance) will once again host the ninth edition of the key international platform dedicated to occasionwear. Over three days, the industry will come together in a dynamic and highly focused environment: new collections, international buyers, retailers and professionals from across the globe, all engaged in what truly matters – selecting, evaluating, and anticipating the direction of the market.
Opening hours have been carefully structured to ensure a comprehensive yet efficient visit: from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 June, and until 5:00 pm on Tuesday 9 June. Arriving early – particularly on the first day – is highly advisable, allowing time to orient yourself and begin working the floor immediately.
This edition places a strong emphasis on space and quality. Wider layouts, enhanced visibility for collections, and more fluid visitor pathways have been designed to facilitate meaningful connections between exhibitors and buyers. A curated programme of runway shows and events will unfold across the three days, shaping an experience that requires time – and rewards it with substance.
From a logistical perspective, reaching the venue is seamless. Fiera di Roma enjoys a strategic location between the city centre and Rome Fiumicino Airport, with direct access via the FL1 railway line (Fiera di Roma stop), as well as Atac and Cotral bus services. For those arriving by car, the venue is easily accessible from the Grande Raccordo Anulare (exit 30 towards Fiumicino), following signs to the East Entrance (via G.A. Eiffel), with extensive on-site parking available.
Dedicated shuttle services will also operate upon reservation for guests arriving by air or staying in partner hotels, ensuring smooth transfers between the airport, hotels, and the exhibition centre throughout the day. Among the recommended accommodation options, the Rome Marriott Park Hotel remains a key reference – just minutes from the venue, offering a practical and comfortable solution for those looking to optimise their stay.
Inside the fair, every detail is designed to enhance the visitor experience. Catering areas, lounge spaces, and dedicated zones allow for moments of pause without stepping away from the flow of meetings. Because here, time is a valuable asset – and it is treated as such.
And then there is Rome itself. Not merely a backdrop, but an integral part of the experience: recognisable, magnetic, and perfectly aligned with an event that continues to raise its standards year after year – and meet them with consistency.
Ultimately, the point is simple: being there – and doing it the right way.
And the first step starts now, with your pre-registration.
