Your essential guide to the most anticipated ceremony event of the year

The countdown has officially begun: in just 30 days, the spotlight will shine once again on the capital for Rome Fashion Week 2025, the premier event for the occasionwear industry, taking place from 24 to 26 May at Nuova Fiera di Roma.

To help you plan your stay and make the most of this unmissable (and undeniably elegant) appointment, here’s your curated guide with all the essential information – from registration to getting there.

Pre-register for seamless entry

Attending Rome Fashion Week 2025 couldn’t be easier. Online pre-registration is now open and strongly recommended to streamline entry procedures. Simply visit the official event website and access the dedicated section: https://www.databadge.net/rfw2025/reg/?lan=EN. Fill in the form and, once your details are verified, you’ll receive your personal access pass. 

On-site registration will also be available, though queuing times may be longer.

Location and opening hours

The event will take place at Hall 1 – East Entrance, Nuova Fiera di Roma (Via Portuense 1645), where leading national and international names in ceremonial fashion will unveil their latest collections.

Public opening hours are as follows:

  • Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Monday 26 May: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Exhibitors will have access from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout all three days.

How to get there

The venue enjoys a strategic location between central Rome and Fiumicino International Airport, making it easily accessible by multiple means of transport.

  • Free shuttle service

As in previous editions, a complimentary shuttle service will operate for guests arriving by air or staying at our official partner hotel, the Sheraton Parco de’ Medici Rome Hotel.

From Fiumicino Airport to Fiera di Roma (and vice versa), the service runs daily by reservation only. From Sheraton Parco de’ Medici to Fiera di Roma, the shuttle operates daily between 8:15 AM and 6:45 PM.   • By train

Fiera di Roma Station is served by the FL1 metropolitan rail line towards Fiumicino. 

Frequency may vary depending on time and day.

  • By bus

You may also reach the venue via public transport (Atac – Cotral).

  • By car or taxi

Those arriving by car or taxi can take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), Exit 30 towards Fiumicino, and follow signs for Fiera di Roma – East Entrance, Via G.A. Eiffel (a side road of Via Portuense). The exhibition centre also boasts ample parking with over 5.000 spaces available.
